How points work
How do I earn points?+
Every paid order earns points automatically. Members get 5% back, Connoisseurs 7.5% and Atelier VIPs 10%. One point is worth ₦1 off a future order.
When are my points credited?+
As soon as your payment is confirmed. We email you each time points land. Points are never given for cancelled orders, and refunded orders have their points removed.
How do I use my points?+
At checkout, enter the email address you ordered with and sign in. Your available rewards appear in the Elixir Circle box. Pick one and it is taken off your total straight away. One reward can be used per order.
How do I move up a tier?+
Tiers are based on what you have spent with us in total. You reach Connoisseur at ₦150,000 and Atelier VIP at ₦350,000. Upgrades happen automatically.
How do I check my balance?+
Search your email or phone number in the Check your points box on this page to see your tier, balance and activity.
Do my points expire?+
Your points stay on your account. Once you turn them into a reward code, that code has an expiry date shown when you claim it.
